147: 2023 Goals

As we start off the new year, I’m discussing my goals for 2023. Honestly, the past two years have been terrible for me. But I’m ready for 2023 to be my year!

In this episode, I share...

  • The things I’m planning to do this year

  • What my priorities are now

  • Why I’m looking forward to 2023

I’m planning to continue intentionally battling my stress addiction and taking control of my mental health again. I also plan to work on finding joy in the day-to-day and in my work again.

Outside of work, I want to start getting into real estate. I’d like to increase my investment portfolio and have another source of revenue.

I also plan to rebrand my podcast and enhance my client experience. I want to be able to go deeper in my projects and provide the best experience possible for my clients.

And I want to get back into my health and wellness journey. I felt so much better when I was really taking care of myself and I want to get back into the healthy routines I had established.

I’m also planning to take a step back from focusing on growth. Over the last two years I’ve been in survival mode. Now I want to take some time to not push myself too hard.

And I want to focus on relationships in my life. Human connection is so important and I want to make sure that everyone in my life is as healthy and connected as possible.

I can confidently say that 2023 will be my year! I’m really looking forward to everything that is happening for me this year.
