To get started with systems, Kendra says to look at your process first. People often think of apps and software first, but you need to really understand your process to help determine which app or software will work best for you.
Systems can feel daunting at first, but once you realize that your systems are always evolving it is a lot easier to manage.
Systems allow you to have peace of mind that your business is running like it should. So systems are a way to take care of yourself as a business owner.
If you think you don’t need systems yet, Kendra says that is actually the best time to set systems up. You want them in place before you get busy or actually need them.
